What Inspires our Menu?
The first way we create our menu is by sharing what I love. Often, I get an idea in my head about what ingredients work together, or even I want our customers to try a food that I know is good.
Second comes inspiration. Whenever I chat with our guests and ask for feedback on dishes or new items, I start to brainstorm new ideas based on those conversations. Sometimes it’s a small tweak, other times it turns into something completely new.
Lastly, we refine. Not every idea makes it to the menu right away. We test, adjust, and revisit dishes until they feel right—not just in flavor, but in how they fit into the overall experience we want to create.
At the end of the day, our menu is a mix of personal taste, guest feedback, and constant iteration. It’s always evolving, just like the people we serve.
